Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Empower Yourself! Students are guided through traditional Hatha Yoga postures in a series of fluid movements united with synchronized breathing. Vinyasa Flow Yoga increases stability, strength, stamina and flexibility while calming and centering the mind. This exhilarating class also includes meditation and relaxation. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Each week, children listen to a story and act the story using yoga poses. Storybook yoga enhances language development, increases focus and concentration plus develops strong, flexible bodies. Class is designed for children to attend alone, but parents are welcome to remain with their child.
