PILATES REFORMER

PILATES REFORMER CLASSES are now available!

Train privately, with a friend or in a small group of 3.

All of us need to strengthen our core (muscles that stabilize and support our spine). Core strength is an essential part of maintaining our posture, our balance, functional movement and a healthy pliable body.

Participants are guided through a series of controlled exercises specifically tailored to the level of ability. Simultaneously strengthen and stretch your entire body to achieve improved balance and increased range of motion. Each student will work on a reformer, a special apparatus that allows for full range of motion with increasing levels of difficulty.
